  I had a precious Rick Griffin print I needed custom framed, and having experienced the lackeys at Aaron Brothers and their $ 400.00 quotes for simple framing I decided to try to find an independent framer.
  
  I came across Preferred Graphics website, read about their different offers and specialties, they seemed pretty together. When I went down there, sure enough Paul was there to greet me, help me find the perfect framing solution and gave me an incredible quote... $190 for a custom black frame with an acid free archival quality white matte and backing with a black inner border and lightweight UV Plexiglass.
  
  He was super attentive to my needs and gave good suggestions as to how I should frame it. I could tell just by seeing him handle it that he knew what he was doing, that he cared and that it was in good hands. When I picked it up he seemed as happy as I did at how it came out.
  
  This is what all businesses should be like. Basically this is everything that is great about an independent shop. I can't say enough good things about them, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and will be back the next time I need something framed.
