  Service was okay. Had to finally call a manager over to help one of the Genius Bar associates to manage through the corporate blocks. The individual people were nice, but, I've noticed that I no longer enjoy going into any Apple stores.
  
  Update 4/10/18- apple’s Genius Bar policy of cancelling appts after 15 min is a little ridiculous. Then you have to wait 5 hours or 6 days depending on what is available.
